@BISSELLclean why can't I order from the website? It never works just keeps popping up to the name address and email section where there’s nothing wrong with it. I called for help and they just tell me it’s a system glitch. It’s been happening for over a year.

@BISSELLclean Yes, first you need to enable DM, cause it is not working, at least for me. Second, you may refer to any Bissell consumer care and check un-attended complaints/emails. Last, customers care is in action, not just apoolgies which Bissell customer care repeat without action.
