@BISSELLclean I wish you had competent agents. One of the agents told me to call today which is Sunday for a pickup. I should of known Bissell would be closed. Please hire agents that comprehend and speak English. Next time I will not buy Bissell.

@BISSELLclean I called Bissel to have my 2 years and one month old wet and dry vacuum crosswave to be fixed within the 4 years warranty period as stated in the manual and the service rep tells me it a typo and the warranty is only for 2 years. WTF

@BISSELLclean Just arrived and tried it. FYI with the floor nozzle on it lacks the suction to pick up flight feathers -- one of those key things bird people need. Take that off and the suction is vastly improved and worked fine. not perfect because the center part is rigid -- but pretty good.

how small does cat food and litter get? I just ordered a @BISSELLclean stick vac for pets. I know they don't test bird seed, but shouldn't it still work on millet, sunflower seed, and pellets? Also don't cats have dander?
