@sama IThe answer is mind blowingly simple, its the one that costs the least and doesnt hit the weekly limit in 3 days. Sam, if you could work on bringing costs down rather than goblin filters that would be great. Stop over committing on hardware and datacentres, work on efficiency.

@Mr_Husky1 Good service -would have tipped at least %20. And to ppl that say someone takes the order-Another carries to table. They split tips in many places now so that a runner and an order taker and a busser all get part of the tip you leave. So you aren’t tipping 1- you are tipping 3:)

We went out to dinner with a group of five, and by the end of the night the bill was right around $577 and change. When it came time to pay, we left a $60 tip because we felt like that was a fair amount and wanted to leave something extra for the service.
What I didn’t expect was the server making a comment that she was expecting closer to $120.
And no, it didn’t come across like some light little joke either. The tone felt serious, the moment got awkward fast, and suddenly we were standing there feeling uncomfortable over a tip we had already chosen to leave in the first place.
When we pushed back and mentioned possibly talking to a manager, that’s when the story suddenly changed to “I was just kidding.” But let’s be real — not every rude comment magically becomes a joke just because someone gets called out on it.
The whole thing left us feeling weird and honestly kind of embarrassed, because we weren’t trying to short anybody. We tipped what we thought was reasonable, and being confronted like that completely changed the vibe of the night.
So now I’m curious — was $60 on a $577 bill really that unreasonable, or would most people also think asking for $120 was way out of line?🙄🙄

@rationalaxiom @elonmusk The problem here was the parked cars. Parking in a way that obstructs a junction like this is illegal in many countries. I'm guessing in yeehaw ride em cowboy land you can just park anywhere without any consideration for anyone's safety.

Three days ago, I was driving on a road where I had no stop sign. A new Tesla stopped at the stop sign on a cross street. The Tesla could not easily see that I was coming because parked cars blocked its low cameras so it auto drove right out in front of me, then the Tesla crash avoidance stopped it cold directly in my way as I slid in the snow to BARELY avoid T-boning it.

I'm not a fan of this auto drive. Drivers need to be in full control of their vehicles, especially on residential streets.

Look man I support deportations but not like this. I thought we'd tell them to leave and they'd be like, "Okay no problem," and we'd be like, "Sorry didn't mean to make this awkward," and they'd go, "No seriously no worries at all," and we'd all shake hands and within a week there'd be no illegals here anymore and that would be the end of it.

@KieraDiss The person who does not know the law is you, The bike is a 125cc it has tax and an MOT so can be on the motorway. It can display L plates even if the driver has a full licence. It may be going slow because it has a fault. So who are you referring to as they.
