I knew a guy who was the king of selling fake designer perfumes in high school and college. Whole operation out the trunk — mixing dupes, bottling them up, spraying samples on girls for free promo.
One day he got tired of the cheap oils and started experimenting with his own scents in the kitchen. Turns out he had a nose for it and actually loved the whole process.
Bro is now a perfumer with his own small brand. Still got that hustle, just smells way better and sleeps better at night 😂
