@LDNCryptoClub In Belgium we do the dishes with Heineken. It's a free world but I recommend to upgrade to real beer!

I hope people aren’t panic buying Heineken, I drank all that last week 🫣

In Dubai, some delivery services have been suspended as people flood supermarkets to buy water and other food essentials. Stockpiling prompted UAE authorities to issue a statement to reassure residents and the millions of expatriates that there is ample supply: BBG live blog

@MastrXYZ No one, I check X exclusively through my lists, and only the accounts I find interesting are on my lists. Saves me from a lot of bs. It's like watching tv, If u don't like it watch another show.

With $BTC taking a nose dive to 73k, this is playing out like previous times after #BOJ .75 rate increase. A 20% decrease will put $BTC around ~70k, a 30% decrease near ~60k.
Would be the 4th consecutive time.

With Bank of Japan expect rate hike end of week (causing drops upto 30% for BTC over the course of 1-6 weeks), it wouldn't surprise me to see a move like this playing out by the end of january 2026.

Been quite the ride since my epiphany back in September to put 20% of my portfolio in $xaut and $paxg. Not sure how long the fun will continue as they both make up for my spot positions that are in the gutter.

With a chart like this I'm wondering why it never occurred to me before to convert part of my stables into $paxg (Pax Gold) or $xaut (Tether Gold), especially with a weak dollar.

Fair proposal: #USA can purchase #Greenland for $15 per square meter. With it's 2.1 trillion square meters that sounds like a no brainer for each party involved.

Whoever compares the '#AI #bubble' with the #dotcom bubble has no clue. I was there, working for a startup that raised 3x $7.5 million from VCs.
We spent millions on an RFQ platform that could barely handle two transactions simultaneously, while we had two cognitive psychologists on the 25-person team building our site to research the ultimate UI for our site. We got upgraded to business class if the flight was > 2 hours.
My net salary back then is still higher than the absolute top earners in the IT sector nowadays, and that's even without accounting for inflation. I don't even want to bring up the company car I was driving as a 22y old and the other ridiculous perks. Money flew out the door, and we had no working product after burning through > $20m.
I don't know if AI companies spend money on nonsense, but they are building real products that people use every day. I can turn an idea far beyond a Proof of Work concept within a couple of hours, and into a working app within a few days without writing a single line of code. That's how good AI has become. It's literally everywhere and is making many jobs obsolete.
Not arguing that valuations of AI companies are correct (I don't know), but there are so many fundamental differences with the dotcom era that comparing those times with what's happening to AI is absolutely ludicrous.

@TranscendC87873 I mean coinglass.com/currencies/BTC… (Coinglass) and theblock.co/data/crypto-ma… (the block) seem more reliable.
English

@TranscendC87873 They have been around for a while, but this seems like self-reported data since they have an affiliate link up on Coingecko.
