$TAO holders. This one is personal. I live with an autoimmune disease. I know what the standard of care looks like. I know what corticosteroids do to your body when you have to rely on them for years. So when @metanova_labs, SN68, announced its new IL-6 target, I paid attention and locked in to what they are doing. Autoimmune disease affects roughly 50 million Americans and around 8% of the global population. Lupus. Rheumatoid arthritis. Crohn’s. MS. Psoriasis. Hashimoto’s. For many patients, long-term steroid use is still the fallback. The side effects are so brutal. Osteoporosis. Cataracts. Glaucoma. Metabolic damage. Adrenal suppression. Weight gain. Mood instability. IL-6 is one of the major inflammatory signals in the body. If you can target it cleanly, you can potentially treat inflammation without destroying everything else around it. That is why IL-6 inhibitors are already a multi-billion dollar market. Actemra. Kevzara. Treatments that can run tens of thousands per patient per year. Now, NOVA is bringing that into Bittensor. Their last nanobody target was PD-L1 for cancer immunotherapy. They received 8,446 unique nanobody submissions from an open decentralized competition. Now, they are moving to IL-6 in partnership with Yalotein, with top submissions eligible for wet lab validation. That is the important part. This is not just AI generating molecules for a dashboard. This is a decentralized virtual screening flowing toward real biologics development. And if it wasn't for biologics, my quality of life would be so different now! NOVA is also making the chemical search competition more exploration focused. Molecules that are too chemically similar will be rejected. That matters because in drug discovery, making 1,000 versions of the same idea is easy. Finding genuinely different scaffolds that actually work is the hard part. That is where real breakthroughs come from. This is why NOVA is different from most AI drug discovery. NOVA is hundreds of miners competing in parallel, paid in $TAO, ranked by results, and pushing the best candidates toward wet lab testing. Cancer, on the one hand. Inflammation on the next. What I am watching now: How many IL-6 submissions come in compared to the 8,446 from PD-L1. Whether the new exploration rules increase true chemical diversity. Most importantly, what happens in wet lab validation with Yalotein. Because that is where decentralized AI either proves itself in physical reality or it does not. The people who need better autoimmune treatments are not thinking about crypto. They are in waiting rooms or emergency rooms. They are trying to work through pain. They are choosing between rent and the medication. They are hoping for something better, period. If decentralized incentive driven discovery can shave years off the timeline or help lower the cost of better therapies, the impact is not just measured in token price. It is measured in lives and quality of life itself. That is why I care about this network. It's not just a chart. The work. NOVA is one subnet. There are many more. Each one is writing its own version of this incredible mission while the market argues about everything else. I will be watching IL-6 closely. Personally and otherwise. $TAO
METANOVA@metanova_labs

New NOVA nanobody target is live: IL-6 (Interleukin-6) IL-6 is one of the central signaling proteins behind inflammation and immune regulation. When dysregulated, it has been implicated in: - autoimmune disorders - chronic inflammation - neuroinflammation - blood-brain barrier disruption Making it a highly relevant target for inflammatory, neurological, and immune-related diseases. The IL-6 inhibitor market is already worth billions annually, with drugs targeting this pathway generating multi-billion dollar revenues across autoimmune and inflammatory indications, validating both the biological and commercial importance of the target. Miners across NOVA will now compete to design nanobodies targeting IL-6 in an open, adversarial discovery environment. Top submissions may also be selected for wet lab validation through our partnership with @Yalotein, helping close the loop between decentralized virtual screening and real-world biologics development. #Bittensor #SN68 #DrugDiscovery #Biotech #Nanobodies #DeSci

Bittensor's founder just revealed two major protocol changes coming in the next few weeks. Most people are sleeping on what this actually means for $TAO. Here is the full breakdown: First, understand the current problem. Bittensor has 128 competing subnets. Each one is a task or contest for AI miners: compute, models, data, and more. Subnet owners control emissions worth real money. Nothing was stopping a team from collecting those emissions and walking away. That just changed, the Conviction System. Subnet owners must now lock $TAO to demonstrate commitment and retain control of their subnet. If a challenger tries to take over by locking stake, the current owner can immediately match it for maximum conviction. The challenger's conviction then takes approximately two months to mature. Poorly run or inactive teams can now be replaced. Committed teams are now protected. This was directly inspired by recent subnet exits, including the Covenant AI situation, where a team dumped and left. The bull case for $TAO holders: Protects investors from sudden rug pulls and dumps. Gives the community time to react when a team exits. Forces subnet owners to have real skin in the game. Improves the overall quality of subnets competing for emissions. Aligns long-term incentives between builders and holders. The bear case is real, too. Subnet owners must lock more capital, which reduces liquidity available for building and expanding their teams. Extra friction could slow down development in the short term. Short-term builders will hate this. Long-term believers in their subnet will see the upside immediately. The second change is validators actively super burning TAO on poorly performing subnets. This is grassroots community pressure punishing low-quality subnets and redirecting emissions toward better ones. No central authority. No vote. Pure economic coordination. The third change being discussed is reducing root APY over time and pushing more capital and activity into individual subnet economies. That shifts focus from passive root network returns to productive subnet value accrual. Bittensor is moving from wild west subnet dynamics to conviction-based governance. That transition is what separates protocols that survive the next cycle from protocols that do not. The people who understood this before will not need to explain themselves later. Shoutout @JesusMartinez for the awesome video.

Bidded heavy on SN44. Score. $SCORE. Whilst most people don't even know how to buy SN's on $TAO, what they're building is what I think will be the first billion dollar subnet. They're building a permissionless computer vision layer that gives every camera in the world intelligence. Essentially, it is turning any camera into intelligent systems. You describe in plain English what you want to detect. Manako (their product layer running on SN44) handles the rest, instant alerts, insights, automated actions. No code. No model training. What they're doing isn't just plans and false promises or demo's. It's deployed, and already detecting: • Fire • Crime • Petrol stations activity • Forecourt activity • Crowd behaviour • Number plates • Sports matches (player tracking, ball, game, etc) This isn't just dummy tests, these guys already got huge partnership integrations with global companies & football clubs. 1. PwC France & Maghreb — Big Four firm integrating their enterprise advisory practice across retail, logistics, manufacturing, energy. 2. Reading FC — using to process match footage into coaching insights. 3. Major European petroleum company — monitoring thousands of automated gas stations. 4. Two-a-Day — one of Africa's largest fruit packers, scaling vision AI across production lines. Also won Paris Blockchain Week Start In Block 2026, beat 1,000+ startups in front of BNP Paribas, JPMorgan, Goldman, Morgan Stanley. What they're building is insane, every camera on earth becomes a node in an intelligence network priced in $TAO. @webuildscore
PEPE - “THE GOAT”@AdamHODL

Don't overcomplicate it. $TAO. It hits $261, you bid heavy. It breaks $349 resistance, you bid heavy. Till then, you chill in spot and accumulate more subnets.

Previously, a subnet owner could quietly cash out millions and rug their community overnight 👇 Not anymore ! Thanks to new upgrade Owner emissions auto lock on arrival, and has to submit a visible Unlock request onchain which can be fully unlocked after 90days. This upgrades will scare away larps, scammers, and only bring on High level developers and players, while also give investor a safe and secure environment.

bittensor subnet registration cost went from 230 TAO to 1,500 TAO ($470k). 128 active subnets scaling to 256. each new launch removes $470k of liquid supply from a float where 73% is already staked. chutes doing $22k/day in real inference revenue at $123m market cap, targon at $10.5m ARR at $93m. the subnet alpha tokens are trading at 9-15x revenue multiples while TAO acts as the index. the supply math on TAO tightens with every subnet that launches regardless of price action

🔔 MUST READ IF YOU WANT TO EARN $$$$ ⬇️ Been getting asked which @bittensor subnets I’m actually spending time researching right now So here’s the shortlist so far + why they caught my attention But first: The thing people still don’t fully get about Bittensor is that the subnet model forces REAL competition. Miners compete to produce the best outputs. Validators score them. Best performers win emissions. Bad products die. It’s basically open market capitalism for AI. And every subnet is attacking a different vertical. A few that stood out to me: 1. SN99 — Leoma ⭐️ This one completely reframed Bittensor for me. The Rendix team is trying to build a 25B+ open-source VIDEO model on Bittensor. Bigger than the current open-source leaders. That’s not a meme project. That’s OpenAI-scale ambition funded through incentives instead of VC money. The part that locked me in: miners compete to fine-tune the model every 20 minutes. Winner takes emissions. Pure competition. No passengers. If they pull this off, SN99 becomes one of the biggest proofs that decentralised AI actually works. 2. SN64 — Chutes ⭐️ The deeper I go the more obvious it becomes that Chutes is the benchmark subnet. ~$22k/day in real revenue. Already integrated into OpenRouter. Open source top to bottom. Actually profitable trajectory. This isn’t “future potential” anymore. It’s a functioning AI business living on Bittensor. And after the Covenant drama, the structure matters even more. Owner emissions routed through audited contracts. Multiple operating entities. Lead dev openly saying “even if I wanted to rug, I literally can’t.” That’s the kind of boring infrastructure stuff that actually matters long term. 3. SN44 — Score / Manako ⭐️ This one surprised me the most. Their entire thesis is: “most enterprises use less than 2% of the camera data they already collect.” So they’re building vision agents that let companies turn existing cameras into usable AI systems using plain language prompts. And the wild part? PwC France already signed an alliance with them. Enterprise pilots already generating revenue. 100% conversion rate on some trials. Again: not a subnet pretending to be a business. A business that happens to live on Bittensor. 4. SN71 — Leadpoet ⭐️ Probably the cleanest “market demand” play I’ve seen so far. This isn’t lead scraping. It’s real-time intent detection. Miners compete to identify high-intent buyers BEFORE competitors do, validators verify the leads, and customers pay for the data. 7M+ lead submissions already on-chain. Every company on earth wants better sales leads. Leadpoet is trying to turn that into an open marketplace instead of an enterprise software monopoly. Very easy product to understand. Very large market. Still early. 5. SN78 — Vocence ⭐️ Still super early but this one’s on my watchlist. Vocence is building the voice layer for decentralised AI on Bittensor. And honestly I think people underestimate how big voice becomes over the next few years. Right now we type to AI. Soon we talk to it constantly. Agents. Customer support. Education. Companions. Assistants. Voice becomes the interface layer for everything. Almost nobody is paying attention to this subnet yet 👀 That’s usually when I start paying attention. The more time I spend researching Bittensor the more it feels like the market is still treating all of this like “just another altcoin ecosystem” I don’t think that framing survives much longer. Going deeper into individual subnets next + adding more to the research list as I go…look out for that!

A few weeks ago, I started researching the Bittensor subnets, and honestly, it’s a bit of a rabbit hole. With 128+ active subnets, it’s easy to get lost in the noise of "emissions" and "alpha tokens." But once you look past the ticker symbols, you start to see where the real utility is being built. Here’s a breakdown of what I’ve found, comparing three heavy hitters in space. 👇 1⃣ Chutes (SN64) | The Revenue Engine Chutes focuses on serverless AI inference. High-efficiency, low-cost compute. They’ve managed to offer prices significantly lower than centralized giants like AWS. They are actually generating daily revenue (reportedly around $22k/day recently). It’s a great example of a "working" subnet that provides immediate value to developers. 2⃣ Targon (SN4) | The Secure Compute Layer Manifold Labs (the team behind Targon) recently collaborated with Intel on secure, decentralized compute. They are solving the "trust" issue: how do you run sensitive workloads on hardware you don't own? This is the bridge to enterprise adoption. By using Intel TDX for encrypted environments, they’re making $TAO viable for companies that can’t risk data leaks. 3️⃣ Leoma (SN99) | The Cinematic Video Engine While the others are building the "pipes" and "electricity," @leoma_ai is delivering a production-ready creative platform. This is where I think the market is currently undervaluing the project. Most subnets are backend-heavy. Leoma is a decentralized, open-source cinematic AI platform. It transforms text and images into studio-grade videos by leveraging open competition across the network’s best-performing models. It ensures continuous improvement through a Miner-Validator loop where the highest-performing model wins each request. While I love the technical milestones of Chutes or Targon, Leoma is what makes those technologies accessible to filmmakers and creatives. It provides direct access to decentralized video intelligence without gatekeepers. The TAO ecosystem is maturing. In 2024, it was all about the "idea." In 2026, it’s about who has a product people actually use. The infrastructure subnets are the backbone, but I’m keeping a close eye on those subnets that are actually putting that power into a usable tool. Which subnets have you been monitoring lately? Are you prioritizing the "plumbing" or the "apps"? NFA - DYOR
