@TheRealThelmaJ1 Ears are basically cartilage, not gelantine. In a test using real pig ears, everything looked very plausible. So you are either a liar or just not very bright.

I have never made sourdough before. Is it that much harder than regular bread? These failures make it seem really challenging.
