@KotakBankLtd Very unhelpul bank (customer since -2015), took multiple very High value loans/ credit card bills (EMI’s ) almost 20+ lakh amount paid so far . Now when I am in some financial strain, bank is not even providing me to postpone my EMI’s for6 months. Is it so hard?

@KotakBankLtd @KotakCares I have borrowed some money from Kotak credit card and after converting it to EMI , the intrest % showing is 21% and when I looked at kotak website , it shows maximum is 19% for the tenure and amount I opted for. Kindly assist
