Currently, most crypto projects crash within 5-6 months after their TGE. Why do they crash? Answering this question is not really easy. But to be honest, the problem starts 6 months before the launch. Projects may look fine from the outside, but internally they already start becoming hollow Now you almost see that any project suddenly dumps 50%, some days after listing the team goes silent, or the founder disappears with the money, if you look back a little, you can usually see some common patterns. Nowadays, it is also seen that the product is not yet ready, yet some projects raise funds first and launch the token. Meaning, without creating real value, they are launching the project. And the vesting structure is also a big red flag. 6-month cliff, then 20% unlock in the 7th month, the rest unlocked over the following months, this actually works like a time bomb. Because of the hype, the price pumps first, then insiders exit and retail investors are left holding the bag, which has become common nowadays. Many project team members also say, “Our product will speak for itself,” so there is almost no marketing. In reality, there is no marketing, no community, no users, no real value, only the token exists. Also, if the liquidity strategy is only $10k for market-making, then that is not the real market, it just shows volume for appearances. Another problem of projects nowadays is raising more money than needed. Initially, it seems like a good thing, but actually, it is not. Because of raising too much fund the founder’s pressure decreases. When money is in hand, urgency decreases, execution slows down and motivation also drops Many take regulatory compliance very lightly as well. “We moved to Dubai, now there is no problem” this mentality is also risky. If the structure is not correct, they will face bigger problems in the future, that is normal The most dangerous thing is when the project’s smart contract and the publicly shown vesting schedule are not the same. Many times, they do it so that the founder can exit before unlocking their tokens, or the whole project can be rugpulled. Also, another problem is weakly built OTC deals, especially VWAP-linked contracts, often create excess sell pressure in the market. Even if it is not visible from the outside, internally the price comes under pressure. Most projects nowadays do not suddenly die after the TGE. They already weaken internally beforehand. TGE only exposes that weakness in front of everyone I am right or wrong?
