@0xgaut @blknoiz06 I wouldn't spend too much time on swimming tho. ROI on time spent swimming vs overall time in the race is quite bad. Once you develop proper swimming form then spend most of your time on the bike and runs

This is what I mean . You’d be able to trade at 10am everyday and make 10-20% consistently .
There are certain times of the day you can catch volume in each sessions .
Ny 10 am est
Ny lunch 2-3 pm
Asia 8-9 pm
London 3-5 am
You only gotta trade during these times and chill for the rest of the day .

As mentioned in the morning , 26.4K is my frst TP and I have taken partial profits here . For the day , We might as well long some tokens like $CORE and $RUNE if $ BTC bounces a bit . Focus should be more on catching next set of shorts a bit higher around 26.5K to 26.8K than longing . TP2 is 25.3K . We intend to close September shorts there completely.

@davidbelle_ Do you find it more beneficial (better mental fortitude and better sleep) to eat most of your calories in the first half of the day? Looks like a big lunch as opposed to a big dinner (most people have it the other way)

Ex: review yesterday’s trades, scan indices/order flow, mark out levels or tokens of interest, scan important news, etc. Whatever you consider essential to perform or trade at your best and do regularly.

And ESPECIALLY not crypto gaming. Each "hit" game will create tens, possibly hundreds of millions of gamers passionate about this industry Their passion will spill over into all corners of our nascent industry 1 hit will pave the way for 10 hits And eventually HUNDREDS It is my firm belief that the market cap of Crypto Gaming assets will hit $10T within a decade Why am I so sure? A short anecdote.. Yesterday I got off a call with a gaming exec that has shipped some of the mot iconic titles in history. Billions in revenue, household names. His passion for cypto gaming was palpable. It's now his life's mission. His knowledge of crypto was clearly a bit limited, but his ability to ship hit games, unquestionable. The middle curve approach here would be to gatekeep, as I too am running another gaming franchise in the space. "Oh no the big boys have come to our lunch!!" In the trad world this might make sense, but NOT HERE. Without hesitation I offered my assistance to him in any capacity. I want him to WIN. No... I want him to fucking CRUSH IT. I know that one team's success is all our success. Some % of his users will seek out other titles in our brave new world. Once the next generation tastes the fruits of digital ownership within next-gen entertainment products... It's fucking OVER. The digital world will take a one-way trip to our side of the fence. I'm excited beyond words about the future that awaits. My thesis on gaming has only become stronger over time. The future is bright.

@EricCryptoman Theres 1 address that just keeps buying / selling large amounts. Currently at 282 transactions. Not sure what this indicates but seems like spoofing
