To isolate the failed piece of underground cable, crews are going into multiple underground vaults that house equipment providing electricity to the area. This is a necessary process to safely restore power. Estimated restoration time is 6 p.m.

@BizMarkWilliams Flat demand, plenty of supply and refiners are making some unwanted gasoline as they process crude to make needed diesel and heating oil. Mismatch of too much light very sweet crude that yields lots of gasoline.

It's possible we'll soon see some US retail gas prices below $2.50/gal or so. Ga already has a few such cases (suspended state tax levy until mid-Nov) but some others might pop up in Gulf Coast and Great Lakes' states. Difference between best price and average price is huge.
