@darrengrimes Do you trust Trump and his administration to stand up for the UK against Putin?

@Jenny_1884 If there is any “dictaorship” it lies with the US administration who didn’t even discuss their plans or objectives with their own congress let alone the UK. Trump is doing what he does best, lays the blame at everyone else’s feet. He has forced this on us.

Have I missed something as I don’t remember being asked if we want closer ties with the EU. Has anyone else not been asked? It appears that Keir Starmer has a free reign & does whatever he wants & no questions are asked. This feels more like a dictatorship.

Starmer has systematically destroyed the "Special Relationship" with the US so that he can drive us back into the clutches of the EU. He has no mandate to do this in fact he is acting against the democratic will of the electorate. Do we even live in a democracy anymore?

@Robbie_Reasons I think his hand was kind of forced unless we wanted to jump in behind Trump without any conversation and then what of the consequences?

@pritipatel Have you not read the polls recently that the majority of people (that’s more than the 4% of people voted for it) now think Brexit was a mistake. The proof is in the pudding. Are we better off?

Starmer is unpicking Brexit and planning another undemocratic hit job on British taxpayers by signing us up to a £1billion annual payment to the EU. Once again, this weak Prime Minister goes to the negotiating table, comes home empty-handed, having fleeced hard pressed taxpayers with his terrible judgment. thetimes.com/article/8d7711…

President Trump openly confesses to blackmailing Germany and the European Union. He threatens massive tariffs to force foreign companies to obey his demands. The White House treats international trade like a mafia racket. US allies will never trust Washington again.

History will view Trump as the primary accelerator of the end of US hegemony. His chaotic foreign policy has perfectly paved the way for the rise of China and a new multipolar reality. He is actively dismantling American global influence

@ActualMfnTree @EricLDaugh I’m not a supporter of Starmer particularly, but to hold him responsible for Saville when he wasn’t directly involved and charges weren’t brought to caught. Saville was on the radar of the police in the early ‘80s …🤔

@BjKate @EricLDaugh He was in charge of the CPS when Jimmy Saville got away with his crimes. Key documents were destroyed and “he wasn’t told about it” (sound familiar)? He pursued British troops for decades for ‘war crimes’ (he lost in court), and it turned out he did it *for free* and voluntarily

🚨 LMFAO! SEN. JOHN KENNEDY just DROPPED this hilarious line: "My Democratic colleagues really like Keir Starmer...who is just to the left of Lenin. He's very unpopular with the people of the UK. He's polling right up there with gonorrhea!" "I don't know how much longer he can last, but this guy, he would give Congresswoman Ocasio-Cortez a run for her money in terms of his loony woke ideas!" 😭

@ActualMfnTree @EricLDaugh The arrests are high but there isn’t the data to prove it’s the highest in the world. Personally I think social media companies should be made accountable. Abuse online is incorrigible. Mis-information being spread, images being shared without consent blah blah.

@BjKate @EricLDaugh More people have been arrested for posts on social media in Britain than anywhere else in the world. It’s absolutely everywhere if you’ve got eyes to see it and the stomach to acknowledge it.

@KaterynaLis @JohnCleese @SenAngusKing We should also not forget Ukraine agreed to give up their nuclear arsenal for Russia to dismantle in return for security assurances from the US, UK and Russia🤔 and Trump said Ukraine started the war. Shocking that he is funding Putin to continue his invasion.

SEN. ANGUS KING (@SenAngusKing): Europe is providing 99% of the aid to Ukraine in 2026. And Russia has also become a major beneficiary of the war in Iran, gaining $40–$80 billion in additional oil revenue and relief from sanctions “This indicates what's happened to our support for Ukraine over a period of years. The orange bars are US support. The blue bars are Europe. As you see, Europe is 99% in the year 2026. Same thing with humanitarian and other aid to Ukraine. And yet this is I believe, an existential struggle for the future of democracy, where we had an aggressive country invade a neighboring country without any justification whatsoever. And by the way, that invading country is the major winner so far of the war in Iran. They’ve gotten, the estimates are $40 to $80 billion of additional revenues from oil and the relief of sanctions as a result of the war in Iran” - Sen. Angus King (I-ME)

However, Mr Farage claimed he had received fresh intelligence indicating a new wave of arrivals from Iran. The reality - as an MP if Farage has received any such information it is his duty to pass that on to the Government and Security services in the interests of national security It is not his job to use such information publicly to challenge the Home Secretary He does know an Iranian who is standing for Reform to be mayor of Hackney but assume it is someone a little higher up Speaking to GB News, the Clacton MP said: “I do have a source within the Iranian-Persian diaspora who is one of the best-connected human beings in the world that I know. gbnews.com/politics/nigel…

Trump is now describing in some detail the Montreal Cognitive Test, which doctors use to spot the early signs of dementia, and which he proudly declared his doctors have made him take three times. He thinks it’s an intelligence test.

Nigel Farage’s former Jewish classmates at Dulwich College say he would hiss at them to mimic gas chambers. They have also quoted him as saying “gas them all” and “Hitler was right” in their testimonies. Over twenty former students have made such allegations. Was he booed?

Just paid a visit to Golders Green following the despicable terrorist attack. I saw an old friend whose son had been killed at the Nova music festival. It made the memorial wall seem very real.

Billionaire Christopher Harborne gave £5m to Nigel Farage and ~£15m more to @reformparty_uk, and also bankrolled Brexit. So a billionaire who doesn’t even live in the UK is funding decisions that hit people here? Whose side is that, exactly?
