The only two public litter bins serving one of the busiest dog walking routes around are both left full by @ChorleyCouncil. How often do residents need to keep reporting these bins when they are full to prompt a rethink of the frequency of scheduled collections. #Chisnallwoods

Reported on Wednesday 25th Feb as full with @ChorleyCouncil but still not emptied as of 1st March.

All that was missing today was a chant from the away fans along the lines of “champions league - you’re having a laugh.” If it wasn’t Everton we were playing, that would have been heard for the last 10-15 mins #nufc
