Deranged Kuzuha fans attacked Rica because the art of her 'genderbend' persona she commissioned looked 'too much' like him, apparently. So she had to write some big apology over something completely stupid. The hell is wrong with these people. Are any of these people normal?

@BlGOLAF True, and actually in Weekly Famitsu 2018-06-14, this was shown. Mel was shown as a solo debut unlike her other peers at the time. Even being separated from Gen 1 in this magazine panel. Fun fact: This was the first time vtubers were ever mentioned in a magazine.

Not totally true! Mel was supposed to be a solo debutant, which is why her debut date was a month before the rest of 1期生！But then after what happened to Chris.... they plugged Mel into the open slot. So originally Mel would have ended up being a member of ０期生 instead!

I think it's funny that people who started watching Hololive in late 2020 can be considered veterans when I started watching Hololive in 2018 and don't really consider myself to be a veteran.
