Having a phone is overwhelming to me at times. Sometimes itโs just TOO MUCH. The e-mails, the text, the calls, constant notifications, buzzing, access to you 24/7.
So Iโve given myself a schedule like a corporation. 8am-10pm. After that, my notifications are off.
