I went for confession today and to my surprise, I saw over 30 people waiting on queue....old and young...mostly young and it was the most beautiful sight I've seen. As soon as the priest told me, "I now absolve you of your sins in the name of the Father, Son, and the Holy Spirit, I felt instant relief. I don't know how to describe it, but every week I go for confession, and I get absolved, there is this joy in my heart that words can't describe. I also feel lighter than a feather 😀. It feels sometimes like I'm begging for death to come at that moment because I know that I'm going straight to meet Jesus in Heaven🥹. Am I the only person who feels this way after going for confession????? I now know that I'm truly ready for Christ's resurrection tomorrow and also ready for the Easter vigil. If you've not gone for confession, please do that. So that you can receive Jesus in the Eucharist tomorrow. This is one of the things I love the most about the Catholic Church. The sacrament of reconciliation is the second best thing after Mass and Eucharist.

This is a very confusing question. Jesus was crucified on Friday and resurrected on Sunday, which does not amount to three days. So why do we say 'three days' instead of 'two days'?

THE EARLY CHURCH BEGAN IN THE MIDDLE EAST, with Jerusalem at the center, before spreading into AFRICA and beyond. CHRISTIANITY was later taken to EUROPE. WE HAVE BRAINS. WE SHOULD USE THEM WISELY 👏
