Coming soon. New barrel system with integrated gas adjustment. This is not a gas block - it is a barrel system. No point of failure and minimal contact with carbon.

@TeancumRockwell We started at 45 settings but as we are going through our testing, we believe 12 settings per revolution would be adequate. You get 2.5 turns from fully open to fully close

We call that improvement. It's a different design. Our system (1) allows for 20-48 adjustments without the need to change the rod, (2) it allows you to remove and clean/maintain the rod and gas tube without removing/unpinning your muzzle device, (3) it allows you to use the control knob near the muzzle even on longer barrels with short gas systems, (4) it is anti-rotation so you do not have to pin your gas block, and (5) you can completely lock the transfer gate if desired after adjustment. I am aware of no other system on the market with these features. For more info you can see our IG page.

Our DTL (Dual Taper Lock) vs. standard barrel. The structural integrity of DTL barrel speaks volumes.
