Damn, that’s wild—Harvard stuck 24 office workers in the same room for 6 days, secretly tweaking the air quality (ventilation, CO2, and VOCs from typical office stuff), and their cognitive scores doubled in the cleaner “green+” conditions vs. standard stale setups. Better decision-making, strategy, crisis response—all crushed by poor indoor air we breathe 90% of the time. Open windows, crank ventilation, cut the junk emitters. Your brain’s paying the price right now. Fix the air, sharpen the mind.

So it's clear that BA.3.2 preferentially infects children, something we have never seen before in a SARS-CoV-2 variant. Why? The question's baffled me, but after a suggestion from Darren Martin, I think I have an explanation that makes sense. 1/16
Ryan Hisner@LongDesertTrain

There's not much BA.3.2 in the US yet, but the numbers are still pretty striking. Ages 0-18 are more than 5 times as common in BA.3.2 sequences as in non-BA.3.2 sequences. USA, 2026, Feb 1 to present (Mar 23), non-travel non-BA.3.2, 139/1172 (11.9%) BA.3.2 26/41 (63.4%)

FROM THE OLYMPICS TO NASA, WEARING MASKS IS BACK - EXCEPT IN HEALTHCARE Brilliant article on how masking is increasingly popular with Olympic athletes, actors & astronauts wanting to avoid illness… …but sadly, in hospitals, masking is rare & those who do are often gaslit. 🧵

@fitterhappierAJ They institutionalized Sammelweis for suggesting that dirty hands were harming patients, now we are told to wash our hands to slow the spread of airborne disease. Hubris, ego, arrogance, and denial still alive and well in our medical science

"mental illness" was weaponized against me as well. T cell harm was called a loony theory and the hypothesis was allegedly from "dolphins" telling me so, according to this New York Times writer.

This BMJ highlight on movement from "immunity debt" to COVID's direct role in immune harm is a welcome shift The evidence on T cell dysregulation driving secondary risks has been mounting and it's good to see mainstream outlets engaging it seriously 1/

This is on the people that overhyped immunity to covid In 2021 I was asked by a high up market person what the future of long covid and disability in the US was. I told them it would continue to get worse and reinfections would accumulate harm and disability In 2022 a journalist for an MIT publication interviewed me. I said covid would cause disability and wear at immunity via T cell death at a population level to cause other diseases to increase. I did not pull punches in that video recorded interview with them. That was now published last month in eLife. In 2022/2023 an MIT working group was scheduling me to ask about the future of Long Covid and what it would do. They never followed up, but now you have it clearly, in late 2025/2026 There is no treatment for Long Covid It is a valid and real disability and the greatest irony is that the people who qualify as “normal” and the “average” will be touched by T cell loss as published recently

I keep saying this but the biggest barrier to cleaning the air in schools is not cost etc, it's that a whole lot of adults that work in schools have been doing shit like this for years and thus have a vested interest in pretending there is no issue with spreading disease

My son just sent this text—his SUBSTITUTE TEACHER came to school sick with COVID, likely subbing for another sick teacher. How does this make sense? A teenager is more responsible than public school system? Prayers up for all chronically ill & disabled folks as this surge starts.

Amazing that the decline starts from 2020 onwards, & the “experts” are still looking for explanations. The lockdowns were 5yrs ago, so they seem to have stopped blaming that. Now it’s smartphones 🫠 Maybe there’s a brain-damaging virus infecting all the “experts” too…
