@tckahler gels are so easy to slurp i carrry 8+ all the time on long trail runs. i prefer over liquid bc it messes with my hydration strategy (macros).

I would disagree! I carried 8 gels at the NYC Marathon and took ~120g of carbs per hour. Just need some good half tights with lots of pockets.

curious? i created a GLP-1 intervention program for the elderly.

best off all it's not designs. it's working code. it's just running in my simulator on the work mac

when it was clear what clinical interventions were most effective in studies and what protocols worked. it became much easier to design a program. once the program was designed it became much easier to identify jobs and corresponding features to support success

damm man i went from sitting down and writing a business proposal at 4pm yesterday to a functional app by 9am this morning. why business proposal first? new problem space and i needed to understand what interventions worked and what problems the audience was experiencing.
