🚨We do have workout programs for athletes that our trainers make up for each individual athlete. Our programs last 8 weeks long and cost $150. We include a basic nutrition guide based off of the athletes goal in mind and have all their test numbers to make a suitable program🚨

@ivansportingood Yessir they do because our athletes invest in themselves to get better by buying into our programming!!

@AGoodGym1 At the end of their programming (roughly 8 wks) we test them in strength, speed and agility. We then evaluate those numbers from the beginning of the program

@BlakeCorbin7 how often do you reevaluate clients progress?

@AGoodGym1 Both in-season and off-season training are the same rate because we do program for each individual on top of a nutritional guide specifically for that athlete
