@MultiplyRSA your app consistently closes on its own. The screen constantly freezes, making it impossible to scroll through screens. And in general your entire rewards programme has turned into a nightmare. It used to be so intuitive and now it's a complicated mess. What a shame.

@MrD_SouthAfrica your service is not what it used to be. I remember a time when your drivers would check orders to make sure everything was correct. Almost every time I order from you these days, food is missing. Happened again now and I’m just about ready to delete your app.

@PostofficeSa My package from USA arrived in SA on 3 June but the status on delivery has not changed. I just keep getting told it hasn’t been processed yet. Am I able to collect it directly? I live in Cape Town.
@TheCourierGuySA Did you do any UX before launching your new portal? I don't have a printer and your collection agents have no way of confirming they have collected my parcel. The onus & admin now sits on your customers. Surely a digital collection sign-off makes more sense?
