On the other hand I seen some really good coaching. Coaches you can tell that take their mental, physical health seriously. Coaches that study the game, coaches that communicate well and learn and listen to people they care about.

Take care of yourself before you try and take care of anybody else.

Before the NCAA tournament starts-I just want to address the amount of BAD Coaching I seen this season. Bad mental states, bad people persons, bad body shapes and bad X’s and O’s. You cannot be Good if any of those are missing.
