Texting with your customers has one of the single biggest ROI’s of any activity at a startup

The change model of most healthcare organizations is consensus-based deliberation. Many leadership teams work on principle that every member the team has a veto. And so things go on the way that they always have. In perpetuity. We need more revolution, less evolution.

As we are seeing study after study about mental health challenges in young adults, one thing we should do is get rid of state-by-state licensing requirements. So if a kid goes to college in a different state, they can still see their own therapist they have a relationship with.
