Really wanted Billy to be the guy, but his own stubbornness got him canned. Hopefully he can learn from this at his next stop and make the necessary adjustments to move up the coaching ranks again. Hell of a guy and hell of a leader.

@GataVillle @LSUfootball The guy in this video has to live up to his potential and hit wide open receivers. Goals for the season are still achievable, we have the talent, just need to get this thing rolling.

@_DTyson The other issue is we hear all the time about analytics. 4th and 3 from their side of the 50 is a GO almost every single time. Does he not trust the players enough to even attempt some of these blatant analytical ‘GO for it’ of 4th down?

I don’t mind a run on 3rd and 3 in this situation. The problem I have (other than Tre Wilson blocking a DT) is you have a tight formation. 10 of 11 defenders are in the box. Doomed to fail from the beginning. Spread them out, create seems. It’s not 3rd and 1. Had to get 3 yards.
