@seanmccoy Coming from the 90s/oWoD, the "lore" that continued to expand with each supplement started to quickly feel like a shark-jumping derailment, rather than further development of shared narrative. Thus our mild horror at some iterations of "lore."

HIS MAJESTY THE WORM is an anti-canon/no-setting game. All this stuff I'm putting into the text about goblins being larval dragons or gnomes being elf-stolen children or whatever is just...fodder for roleplaying. That's all I'm trying to get to. Moments between players.
