@st4rvind0ll I think they do consume food/drinks but they’re 0 cal or so low in cal that it doesn’t count. also keto foods whatever that is.. i dunno. but do what’s best for you!!! don’t feel pressured to also do those. stay safe oomflet (´꒳`)♡

@st4rvind0ll YA I see people on multiple day fasts idk how they do it.. I personally don’t get that hungry on a <24hr fast if I stay home all day(and am able to drink water) but anything more is insane

How do ppl survive fasting. Like maybe im just a wannarexic fatass bc wdym im craving food after 6hrs of fasting while other ppl are on 400hr fasts with no issues 😓
