It takes @CellC 72 hours to email a Paid Up Letter - no-one in the entire Call Centre can just press a few buttons while you are on the call with them, you have to wait 72 hours for nobody to call you back whilst your life is on hold just because you have to prove you don't owe

One thing that has brought me so much peace is letting people live with their own stupidity - I used to give advice but eventually I learned that people only take advice when it agrees with what they want to do so rather they just do what they wanna do
