this tech would almost certainly be heavily dependent upon some kind of machine learning. what's the big brain genius plan for getting said ML model the...data...it needs to train on, in an ethical manner? or what it does to the images it actually intercepts and then stores?

there's probably some civil liberties surveillance reasons why this would be an absolute nightmare to implement in the real world right

This from Jess Phillips’s resignation letter is devastating for the prime minister “Over a year ago I presented solutions, long worked on by brilliant civil servants that would end the ability for children in the UK to take naked images of themselves. 91% of online child sex abuse is self-generated by children groomed, tricked and exploited in to abuse. The technology exists to stop children being able to take naked images of themselves. We could make this possible on every phone and device in the country. We could stop this abuse. It has taken me a year to get you to agree to even threaten to legislate in this space. Not legislate, just threaten. This is the definition of incremental change. Nothing bold about it. The announcement was meant to be in March, I'm still on a promise this will happen in June, I've given up believing it. How many children were left without a safety net in the time we dilly dallied and worried about tech bosses? This is just one example.”

UK police/intelligence infiltration of political parties is extensive, this is not conspiracy theory, it's confirmed in the Undercover Policing Inquiry. The Special Demonstration Squad (SDS) ran deep-penetration agents into activist networks that overlapped directly with Labour Party membership; in this instance officers attended internal faction meetings and candidate selections. The Liberal Democrats had an undercover Met spy inside their Manchester branch, confirmed by the Inquiry as 'Michael O'Mahony.' The SNP scandal is the biggest ongoing case - an ex-undercover officer claimed on camera that MI5 ran agents inside the party, monitoring Sturgeon's office and internal WhatsApp groups, no doubt due to the threat of Scottish independence. And the Tories got the Watkins Affair - police spying on Damian Green's Commons office. Every major party has been hit. The subversion is rife at every level.

We have come to the conclusion that revolutionary grassroots political change is nearly impossible in the UK.
One of the reasons?
The total control and subversion of the Security Services.
It really doesn't matter whether you are 'left wing or right wing' the British regime has agents embedded from the very start and right at the heart of it.
Not only that but they have a vast array of informants as well.
Total funding for security services in the UK is nearly 5 BILLION pounds per year.
How on earth can you even begin to compete with that?

They didn't win under the Restore Britain banner.
It was a local election that isn't really a big deal in the grand scheme of things.
Voters understand this and are more open to trying alternatives.
Great Yarmouth is an exceptionally 'right wing' constituency, the Tories won there in 2019 with 65.8% of the vote.
The Local MP is well known and popular.
It would be impossible to replicate this result on a national basis.
If Restore does stand candidates and goes up against Reform and the Tories as a right wing party they may poll 10-20% of the vote on a national basis.
This would likely lead to a Labour/Green/Liberal coalition of sorts.

@UnityNewsNet The problem with this basically conservative stance is that some form of political Hegelianism is at play. We are in a distinct political phase that needs distinct political solutions. Fail to just tell what's currently going on will lead to a great deal of wasted energy

The Party would like to thank our Hull Branch for running what was both their and the Party's first official election campaign in the St Andrews and Docklands ward of Hull.
Although the results in terms of votes were negligible, two positive things have been achieved:
Firstly, a local branch was able to resource and manage its own campaign at a local scale, including managing a team of activists and navigating the administrative process. This provides valuable experience and will help us to create training material and develop our own SOPs.
Secondly, it proves that despite what many people will claim, it IS in fact completely possible to genuinely campaign on a radical political programme in a constructive way.
The only way that a genuine new party will make any sustainable headway for a totally new National Agenda is by ditching the tendency to piggyback off of disaffected factions of the old left and old right, and instead learn to do things for ourselves.
When we learn to do things for ourselves as once our forefathers did, nobody can corrupt us, and nobody can take it away from us.
We have no doubt that the path ahead will involve a steady increase in candidates and votes, as we don't just try and cash in on protest votes, but genuinely work to persuade our people of our National Agenda.
