@Mitu820125 @nino_honmono I’m happy the film is successful, although I hope it can reach higher than 7th through word of mouth. I’m happy that I’m getting noticed but if the review encourages those on the fence to see the film, that is what matters. Exit 8 is really great!

Ninomiya Kazunari delivers an excellent leading turn bringing an inscrutability that a viewer can still connect with. Kochi Yamato has gotten a truly iconic role as the walking man, he brought some Shakespearean depth to the character in his chapter. 10/10

Amanda peet is also very good in this, she’s always good in indie films. Bob balaban playing against type as a jerky grandpa had some funny moments. Matthew shear has star potential, I really connected to him in this film.

Saw fantasy life today. It is an interesting take on mental health, celebrity struggles and falling in love. The cast is very good and everything is pretty grounded. Alessandro nivola was the standout to me, it’s nice to see him play a more grounded and complicated role.

Art Malik has a quiet yet always intimidating power as Claudius and delivers just as strong of a performance as Ahmed. Morfyyd Clarke makes Ophelia seem effortlessly modern, someone out of a painting at points. And somehow Joe alwyn always ends up in movies relating to hamlet

Saw hamlet(2026)today. It is an excellent modern recontextulation that is true to the play in spirit and dialogue, if not in form and function. Riz Ahmed stuns as he turns the screen into a stage for him to prove his always known talents.

Saw exit 8 today. The beginning reassured me that this film would be amazing. There is a fidelity to the genre of video game in this film that most films miss. The scares are impressive and the choices of music are also impressive for how much they add the film.

Saw faces of death(2026). It’s everything a certain slasher franchise wishes it could be, from performances to cinematography and a story that deeply explores what happens when people get too attached to certain franchises and try to recreate them for the masses.

Particularly when it comes to marriage and the time before it. It also has some unique designs of merpeople that highlight the more fishy aspects of the creatures for the most part. While chao’s human design is traditionally beautiful, I preferred her fish design a bit more. 8/10

Saw chao today. It is an excellently animated film from studio 4c that gives them the chance to tackle the classic story of the little mermaid. It’s a quirky film that gives a uniquely fishy version of China a chance to shine while acknowledging the traditions of the country

Saw the drama today. It is another excellent film from Kristoffer borgli, particularly the way certain things are edited and the excellent work of the cast. Zendaya especially steals the show, with her character’s backstory and how even that twists and turns throughout the film.
