@QuayKinetics @Quay_ChefPaul @QuayClimbing @MikeBradford8 I've certainly thought it's helped with niggles in the past, but more often then not most of my niggles are created through to much climbing! None the less it's alternative exercise and striving for balance that fix's/keeps pain at bay in my personal experience for sure.
