I never imagined love could hurt this much. We met in the most ordinary way shared laughs, stolen glances, long conversations that felt like home. she became my world. I trusted her with every secret, every dream, every corner of my heart.
Everything seemed perfect until the cracks started to show. Subtle at first missed calls, vague excuses, late nights that didn’t add up. I wanted to believe her, wanted to cling to the love I thought was real. But deep down, a cold voice whispered the truth I didn’t want to hear.
Then I found out not by confession, not by accident by seeing her with someone else. Someone who wasn’t me, The world blurred. The woman I had given my all to, who had promised forever, had been sharing pieces of herself with another. I felt every word, every smile, every touch I had cherished turn into betrayal.
The hardest part wasn’t the act it was realizing how easily my heart had been taken for granted. How she had worn our love like a mask, while hiding someone else behind it. I cried for nights, for the dreams that would never come true, for the trust that was shattered beyond repair.
But through the pain, I learned something crucial: love is sacred, but self-respect is non-negotiable. I couldn’t force her to be faithful, but I could choose myself. Leaving wasn’t easy; loving myself more than her was the hardest decision I’ve ever made.
Sometimes love isn’t enough. Sometimes, the person you give your heart to will hurt you in ways you never imagined. But even in the betrayal, there’s a lesson: you are stronger than the love you lose, and more deserving than the respect you were denied.💔📝

I have just received a call from a board member at Kenyatta National Hospital (KNH), who clarified that the facility is currently equipped with sufficient
MRI and CT scan machines. Consequently, I would like to rectify my previous tweet.
The board stated they are aware that some unethical doctors have been misleading patients by claiming the hospital's equipment is non-functional. These individuals then refer patients to their own private diagnostic centers for personal gain.
The KNH board is working diligently to end this practice. Patients are advised that if a doctor claims a machine is out of service, they should verify this information with the person in charge or the administration. These corrupt actions by a few are unfairly tarnishing the reputation of both the hospital board and the government.

For instance, if you decided to vote for Babu Owino as the Governor of Nairobi, do you really think anything would change? You don't seem to understand that Nairobi is run by various cartels…from transport to garbage collection. These cartels won't allow the city to improve because they would lose money…they need things to remain as they are to benefit. If you don't comply with them, they threaten you with impeachment. it doesn't truly matter who the Governor is if we cannot deal with the cartels first. The biggest 'cartel' is Gachagua.

The online generation seems confused. Someone will post President Ruto's achievements, acknowledging that he is delivering, yet they still conclude by saying he should only serve "one term."
It makes me wonder, what do Kenyans actually want?
Do they prefer an incompetent president? Is this "one term" sentiment just a trend that ignores actual progress, or are the youth simply being easily influenced by the opposition?
