@RinoTheBouncer You’re the prime example of a tourist fan. RE 7 and 8 weren’t even RE games. RE2R was okay but cut out key gimmicks from the original. RE3 didn’t ‘expand’ as you say, it cut half the original game. RE4R was just a butchering in the skin of a good game. RE9 was actually good.

@RinoTheBouncer Changing RE1 into a modern style is not "improving" it. Besides, RE1 is not dated. It's a timeless masterpiece, and there is no need for a remake.

@currentlysneeds @RinoTheBouncer @Big__TeeJ pov of a new player that I’ve been trying to get into the game. there’s more than just the controls that are out of date about that game. most of the puzzles even in the remake were not prompted and gave you little to no advice. Back the you would have game manuals. Not anymore.

@Atrophy0fSoul @RinoTheBouncer The irony of this is that 1 needs a remake more than anything lmao. There isn’t even a canon ending where both of the characters live. A way where the other characters (Rebecca/Barry) both have an explained escape.

@RinoTheBouncer Or how about you just play the original and allow capcom to make "new" games instead of ruining the legacy of old ones. "Has no impact" meanwhile capcom literally views this as replacements and has destroyed the canonical timeline because of it.
