One artwork featured in Sumud, an anthology of Palestinian essays, poems, and art, is Philistine (1997) by Palestinian artist Khalil Rabah. He put nails around the "philistine" entry in Oxford dictionary, examining the word and its relation to dehumanization of Palestinians.

I swear I have other books too 😁 This Indonesian poetry book by Hendri Yulius Wijaya and English-language anthology from Anamot Press depict Indonesian queer experiences. One of the poets in the anthology is actually from the same province as me.
