@Blokel @johnwelshtradez Lol 😆 likewise! The Dividend payout date is September 30th, you have to hold until the 29th and be an investor on record on the 15th. That's how I understood it. So, yes...it is still possible that buyers will step in to take advantage of the .80 cent/share Dividend.

$NBY the latest Lazar scam will go down in the history books. $NBY has .20/share in cash and is a complete shell. Lazar funds a .80/dividend with an equity offering at .05! This stock is worth here .90 at most and is a .10 stock after the dividend.

It just seemed like it needed a breather, and it's a Friday with markets down. So far, it seems to be holding the 20 EMA on 4 hour chart, but only time will tell.
