Another day, another shocker! Out of 575 lecturer posts referred to JKPSC for recruitment, only 238 are for open merit students, while 337 are reserved. This injustice needs to stop! Fail to understand why is the NC led govt continuing with BJP introduced reservation policy? Requesting @OmarAbdullah sb to revamp the new reservation policy strictly as per population numbers.

Reforms in Recruitment are required everywhere in the Country. Merit should be the sole criterion. But Politicians and Babus disregard this everywhere. This happened in Uttar Pradesh where 2.5 Lakh aspirants applied for 186 positions in the legislative assembly and council. 1/5th of these Jobs went to the relatives of the officials under whose watch the exam was held. Do read the @IndianExpress report. Details are spine chilling. I am reminded of similar recruitment drives in Jammu and Kashmir legislative council and Assembly. More painful is the criminal silence of investigating agencies. And it is largely believed across the country, once u get a Sarkari Naukri, no one throws you out. Whosoever tried to clean the mess in J&K was either silenced or shown the door in the National Interest. None of the Chapris ever asked, how close relatives of powerful political voices of Jammu and Kashmir were given Jobs after bypassing the regular mode of recruitment. If they were so capable, why they desisted from participating in regular mode of recruitment? You failed to qualify MTS exam of JKSSB yet you retired as DG, DC, DIG.
