A new method of producing CAR T therapy within the body could offer a faster and more accessible way to treat people with relapsing-remitting myeloma. The research, presented at #ASH2025, is early stage but extremely promising, as all three patients treated remain in remission.

Stem cell transplants can be life-saving for people with myeloma, replenishing damaged immune cells. But sometimes, these cells don’t grow enough to eliminate cancer, or grow too much and attack the body.
