lots of strange reactions to this game. let’s clear some things up: childless men do not have paternal instincts the way that childless women have maternal instincts (we observe this even in the way little girls play vs. little boys). men first experience paternal instincts once they have their own children - and typically, those paternal instincts are only ever felt for their own children, and no one else’s. men are not nurturers. men don’t gush over cute kids in public. men don’t have baby fever. if a man wants to possess a child for any reason other than it being a product of his own lineage, he is likely a predator. and you’d be taking the feminist/radical gender abolitionist position to protest any of the above points. this should explain why a “dad simulator” game marketed to mostly childless men gives people the creeps.

I have been lucky enough to have an audience with two of my favorite video game creators of all time, Chris Avellone and Tim Cain. If you had told me back in 1998 that Fallout would have this big an impact on my life, I would have been confused and excited. I have made a career talking about the games we are all passionate about, and I was lucky enough that people wanted to listen to me. Not a day goes by that I don't look around my house after waking up and just get overwhelmed with my feeling of gratitude. Gratitude to the people who have watched my videos and to the developers, writers, artists, and directors who make the games I love so much. Words can't express how wild it is that I got to chat with Chris Avellone and Tim Cain. Something that I am incredibly grateful for and I will never forget. I hope to continue my "Talking Fallout" series with more devs from the Fallout series and mod authors as well. So feel free to let me know who you would like me to chat with. I know there is beef in the community with me. I haven't always had a level head, nor have I always made the best decisions publicly. That being said, I hope people can see that someone can grow and learn from their mistakes and still continue to get these types of opportunities. Thank you all for making my dreams come true. It means the world to me, and I want to continue growing and improving with each video.

Major Skyrim map development, I should have topography for Skyrim by today. And hopefully Oblivion tomorrow. In theory I could do Oblivion now but if I get the two maps to line up well enough it'll help scaling it. Height map that was data mined that I'm using.
