@Usmaan_2002 Yea I liked everything other than the writing and plot lol, it was fun to watch because it so over the top but there were so many moments that seemed like they were supposed to be crucial and were brushed over. Pretty much every character death was like that.

@Bloomser1 I wasn't a fan of it either but the music slaps, especially the opening theme.
I love how in the 2nd to last episode Ryo says to Akira "Oh by the way I was Satan this whole time."
That moment came out of nowhere there was like no leadup to that reveal if I recall correctly lmao

Randomly watched Devilman Crybaby knowing nothing ab it, it was enjoyable bc it’s just pure hedonism and crazy gore, but man the plot was nearly incoherent. The pacing was atrocious too, all the emotional moments became comical because they were so over the top and brushed over

And I get the point of the ending, that maybe Akira’s love and humanity actually got through to him, and maybe it’ll change the future, but, I can’t help but feel like this show had no point besides sex and violence and they tried to give it some meaning at the end to justify it

Genuinely what is the point of YouTube suggested videos if they don’t even relate to the video you’re watching anymore? It’s just another recommended page now, like I want to see videos similar to the one I’m watching, If I wanted to look at my recommended page I would.

The original Scary Movies were some of my favorite comedy movies, so I think it’s weird to be advertising this one as “we’re gonna cross every line and be edgy” when they’ve always been like that. I hope the priority is being funny and the edge comes incidentally.

Maybe I’m too woke but I if Cartman was a girl he 100% would be one of the most hated characters ever on tv. But also a lot of what makes him great wouldn’t really work with a female character, because annoying little girls generally act differently from annoying little boys
