The last time CovCath's baseball team played a varsity game under a different coach, Gerald Ford was in the Whitehouse. 1,646 games later, the Colonels Baseball team is entering the John Michels era. First pitch is at 5:30pm on CovCath's Jerry Collins Field in Tom Berger Stadium.

Adam Farmer is out as head boys coach for the East Ridge basketball program. The Warriors finished with a 7-21 record in 2024-25 and a 11-20 record in 2025-26 with zero wins in 59th District games.
