Earlier this year a nice article was written about one of our key initiatives in the Caribbean which starts in Jamaica - jamaicaobserver.com/2025/02/12/blu… In light of the hurricane which has disrupted so many lives in my home country, our team at @BlueMahoeCap is working on ways to adjust our plans to building affordable houses in the affected areas and not just our first project in Old Harbour. We look forward to coordinating with the appropriate authorities and partners at the right time. The focus at this minute is on relief efforts and then we can move to be part of the rebuilding effort. One Love 🇯🇲

My Uber black driver is a Jamaican from Montego Bay (my Mullings family is from there). We talked about the conference he was taking me to and what I was going to be presenting about. “Well it’s a Jamaican that you are talking to so how do I invest?” He wants to invest $10k and bring some other people. He runs a nonprofit that provides scholarships for Jamaican students and so we are going to contribute. Some people just get it 🙏🏽
