Black people cannot govern or build modern structures & organizations. When White people leave a neighbourhood, school, business, city or country... it starts collapsing. Then Black people start trying to follow those White people.

Julius Malema, the ultimate political prostitute 😂 From singing ‘Kill the Boer’, ‘slit the throat of whiteness’, calling all whites criminals to be crushed… to posting pics of your white Jewish senior counsel as ‘my Jewish brother forever, related by blood’ The same ‘whiteness’ you want to slit is the one you run to when the law catches you firing guns at rallies like a clown. Zuma era: ‘Save the country, drop the charges against my president!’ Then: ‘Zuma must go, prosecute him!’ Now crawling back when it suits you. Flip-flop king. No principles, just whoever keeps you out of jail (even if Hodes couldn’t stop that fresh 5-year sentence). How’s the ‘revolution’ tasting now, Commander? Hypocrisy this thick could choke a nation. 🇿🇦🤡

BREAKING NEWS | KwaZulu-Natal police commissioner Lt-Gen Nhlanhla Mkhwanazi will soon be leading a national crime-fighting project.  This will focus on organised crime in all forms, countrywide.  He has given an assurance that the province of KZN will still be in good hands, and the new task would not completely remove him from his current role.  @eNCA

Durban Businessman Files Fraud and Defamation Charges Against Mkhwanazi and Dereleen James A Durban businessman heavily implicated in the ongoing Madlanga Commission of Inquiry has opened criminal cases of fraud and crimen injuria (defamation) against ActionSA MP Dereleen James and KwaZulu-Natal Police Commissioner Lieutenant-General Nhlanhla Stuart James Scharnick filed the charges in Tshwane on Thursday. He claims the parliamentarian and top KZN cop used factually incorrect information about him during proceedings of Parliament’s Ad Hoc Committee on police matters, damaging his reputation. Scharnick has repeatedly denied being a “hijacking kingpin” and insists his criminal record was tampered with. KZN police have publicly linked him to nearly 30 criminal cases in the province alone, including vehicle hijackings and theft, some of which resulted in convictions. He has also been tied to suspended Deputy National Police Commissioner Shadrack Sibiya during explosive testimony at the commission. The Madlanga Commission, chaired by retired Constitutional Court Justice Mbuyiseli Madlanga, is investigating widespread allegations of criminality, political interference and corruption across the South African Police Service and criminal justice system. It was established last year following public allegations by Mkhwanazi himself. This latest counter-move by Scharnick marks another flashpoint in the high-stakes public battle playing out at the commission and in Parliament, where implicated figures are increasingly pushing back against police and political testimony. No immediate comment was available from James or Mkhwanazi.

Former Business Connexion co-founder and CEO, Benjamin Mophatlane, died after suffering cardiac arrest a few weeks after selling his company for R2.7 billion. Mophatlane and his twin brother, Isaac, grew up in Garankuwa. They attended boarding school at the Christian Brothers College (CBC) in Kimberley. They matriculated the same year Mandela was released from prison, which signalled a change in South Africa. “Suddenly, we realised that we could be and do whatever we wanted. The opportunities were there. The mood of the country allowed us to dream bigger,” Mophatlane said in a 2007 interview. “Our future was such that we could all go to university, and 1994 was the beginning of the realisation of our dreams.” He attended the University of Pretoria and graduated with a BCom Accounting in 1995. During this period, he worked at Software Connection. At 22, he started Business Connection with his twin brother. It was also the dawn of black economic empowerment (BEE), which was perfect timing. They secured a small 165-square-meter property in Brooklyn, Pretoria, and began trading as Business Connection in September 1996. It was not always smooth sailing, especially when they started. “For the first three years, it was tough,” Mophatlane said. However, over the next few years, Business Connexion showed rapid growth, which included mergers and acquisitions. It bought out the Connection Group in 1999, merged with Seattle Solutions in 2001, and then merged with Comparex Africa in 2003. By 2014, under Benjamin Mophatlane’s leadership, it was the second-largest ICT company in the country, with more than 7,000 employees. The company also had a global footprint with operations in South Africa, other African countries, and the United Kingdom. In the 2000s, Business Connexion was riding high as one of South Africa’s top ICT services providers, and Telkom was keen to enter this market. Telkom first officially announced its intention to acquire BCX in 2006. At the time, they offered R2.4 billion to buy out the company. However, the deal was blocked in 2007 by the Competition Tribunal because Telkom was the de facto monopoly provider of fixed-line infrastructure at the time. Telkom revived the deal under chief executive Sipho Maseko in 2013 as part of a new strategy to grow beyond core connectivity into ICT services. On 21 May 2014, Business Connexion agreed with Telkom to buy its entire issued ordinary share capital for R2.67 billion. Although the deal was signed in May 2014, it faced immense regulatory hurdles to get it over the line. It was finally approved in August 2015. After the acquisition, Business Connexion was delisted from the Johannesburg Stock Exchange (JSE). In 2017, Telkom merged its Telkom Business unit with Business Connexion and rebranded the entity simply as BCX. Today, it contributes significantly to Telkom’s total revenue and is a core part of the telecommunications operator’s ICT strategy. Tragically, Benjamin Mophatlane suffered a fatal heart attack in June 2014 during a meeting with Telkom This was only weeks after he signed the R2.7 billion deal. His twin brother, Isaac Mophatlane, took over to see the deal through to completion. The company said that, as CEO, Benjamin left an indelible mark on the company, its employees, and its clients. “Benjamin was instrumental in building BCX into South Africa’s leading IT company,” the company said in a statement. “Benjamin will be remembered for his entrepreneurial spirit, enthusiasm, and exceptionally warm personality, which are inspiring attributes for us all.” Former Gauteng Premier, David Makhura, described Mophatlane as a business trailblazer who served as an example to young South Africans. “Benjamin Mophatlane was certainly a beacon for many in our country, and he will forever be missed,” Makhura said. - MyBroadband.
