@bluesc @YoshiCookie Also my other secret to getting a good night's sleep before a tournament is to shower the night before. The change in body temperature from hot to cold is biologically proven to make you sleepier.

FG players will spend hours studying risk/reward and then proceed to stay up till 4AM the night before a tournament.
