Please forgive me if I am not giddy with excitement. My reach has only gone down since Jan 2025. As of last week I now have 1/15th the engagement I had over a week ago. I consider canceling my premium, don’t even want to log in. My account is the same 10 accounts posting the same meme with “DO YOU AGREE?” “WHAT DO YOU THINK?” I can’t even use the ‘For You’ tab. Even the ‘Following’ tab is annoying. I really hope this fixes it because it’s only gotten worse-and-worse since Jan 2025, sir.

@schober222 Aside from the box jump, I believe that with a grab bar, counter top edge, or the end of a stair banister on one side for safety, these movements could be adapted for older people at home. Bulgarian? Low platform and partial depth, holding a railing. Air squats, step-ups, etc.

So a lot have commented that god doesn’t “punish”. So I have a honest question for you to better understand that. When you discipline a child for doing something wrong, that is both a “punishment” and a “lesson” for them to learn right from wrong, good from bad etc. If we are all Gods children, is it not the same thing when we do wrong and feel pain, suffering etc? Is he not “teaching” us our lesson by discipline in a way? Therefore “punishment”? Discuss.
