Just bringing this back up for attention. In April Tesla specifically refers to FSD V14 Lite rolling out first to "HW3 vehicles in the US" (not North America), then "additional international markets."

Following future rollout of FSD V14 Lite for HW3 vehicles in the US, we plan on expanding V14 Lite to additional international markets. This update ensures that HW3 vehicle owners will continue to benefit from ongoing software updates. Since international rollout is subject to several factors (completion of technical verification, regional adaptation & relevant regulatory approvals), we can't provide definitive dates at the moment, but will provide updates on a rolling basis

Hey @tesla my good friend Tim in Ontario Canada has been waiting months for his Model Y.
It finally arrived and he was messaged with only a few hours to schedule and respond!
When he tried to schedule delivery repeatedly the system said there were no appointments available.
Now Tesla has UNMATCHED him from his order and postponed delivery for months!!
He has a huge family roadtrip booked for Summer Break all planned around having the new vehicle and the lifesaving technology of FSD.
This is super not cool.

EV batteries use active liquid cooling to stay ~15-35°C internally even in summer heat. External surfaces stay well below 60°C.
Gas exhaust pipes and catalytic converters routinely hit 300-800°C+ and ignite dry grass/brush when parked over it — a documented cause of wildfires.
EVs have no exhaust or comparable hot spots. They won’t cause brush fires from normal use or parking.

FSD v14 Lite is now rolling out to AI3 early-access customers. Based on the feedback, will rollout to more customers over the next few weeks.
This build distills the driving behavior from AI4’s v14 series into both the camera and compute config of AI3. It includes destination options and speed profiles on city roads, but more importantly significantly improved safety.
We hope you’ll enjoy it, once the build ships wide.
