This #FluorideDay we want to highlight the importance of oral health. Remember to brush twice a day with a fluoride-based toothpaste. This will help strengthen your enamel and increase your teeth's resistance to bacteria.

Last week the Blue Stream Team helped assist @treetopshospice with their annual Treecycling scheme! Victoria, Relationships Manager at Treetops said, 'We're thrilled to announce that this year, we've been able to collect 1,300 trees and raise over £24,500 for the hospice, which could help to fund 212 nights of Hospice at Home care for patients receiving end of life care in their own homes. 'We wouldn't have been able to do this without volunteers such as yourself, so on behalf of the whole hospice, thank you again for supporting Treetops.'

This #CervicalCancerPreventionWeek we want to highlight the importance of attending cervical screening appointments. These appointments are so important, and whilst uncomfortable for some, may save your life.
