@Real_JFK_Jr_ It’s not all over Georgia. It’s in that one area and it’s probably something with their system. We did have severe weather the other day so if this was filmed the other day, that’s probably why.

🚨 SIRENS ARE BLARING NON-STOP IN GEORGIA — AND LOCALS SAY “THIS IS NOT NORMAL” A man filming in Marietta says these alarms have been going all day, nonstop. He’s been in the same area for 15–20 years and says he’s never heard anything like this before. Officials are saying it’s part of a “controlled simulation” at Dobbins Air Reserve Base and that it doesn’t indicate an emergency. But people there aren’t buying it. He says they do occasional tests… and they don’t ever sound like this. This just keeps going with sirens and announcements, over and over. And right before the video cuts, he says it like he’s already made up his mind: “Y'all get ready.” Not like a guess. Like he knows something the rest of us don’t.

Hey @Valvoline I've got a MAMMOTH sized bone to pick with you.

As Gen Z, lemme so my best to make this as straight and clear as Cat 5 hurricane rated glass on the sunniest day of the year. I can work a job just fine. I've been on the blue collar side of things for over 7 years. But good lord, in heaven above, damn near 50 hours a week is not sustainable for my future. Even if the pay is worth it. It's always either you have time but no money, or all the money you could need to start/finish a project and barely a second to waste. OR, on the VERY RARE occasion, you have the time, you have the money, but you're left absolutely SAPPED of energy, physically or mentally. I do my best to not be lazy and make use of the time that I have outside of work, but after taking care of myself and sleeping, that's not a lot of time at all. I long to own a house. To one day marry, and have a family. But hell, when I get to the point where I'm ready for that, will my job/career have the time to let me live my my life and spend time with said family? Will I be able to find/make the time? Idk. Maybe it's time to change career paths. Maybe I need to switch job locations, work with different people. I love the automotive industry, but it's mostly as a hobby. With all the new tech coming out, I dread the thought of working as basically a degraded IT tech. It's more computer than it is mechanical machine, and I just don't see myself as cut out for that. I really just... don't know how I'm expected to have a life outside of work.
