I suggest reading Fate/stay night by Kinoko Nasu. Shirou fought so Saber could keep her dreams, end her life eternally as king,her pride and joy Shirou prevented Saber from "giving up her dream", let her end life as King despite his heartbreak & eventually reached to her "dream"

The fact Gilgamesh gonna be best teammate for Saber or vice versa sounds pretty cool. They already kinda worked together. Gameplay aside, Saber and Gilgamesh teaming up isn't really an impossibility. Could be an interesting story in a post-5th HGW world... #fate #HonkaiStarRail
