I made an easy dinner of BBQ sauce sloppy joes, with baked potato, topped with sour cream. (Am. Test Kitchen ideas) Before baking, I seasoned the potato (skin) with a quick toss in salted water. They have a method for slightly crisping the potato skin, but I won't go into that.

Mac n cheese

I haven't been sleeping very well lately. I wonder if seasonal allergies have anything to do with it. Last night I got up in the middle of the night and took some (state legal/regulated) Delta-9 THC gummies. They are good at helping me get to sleep, among other things.
