People say “reach out.”
But many people already did.
And were ignored, dismissed, or called dramatic.
Then people act shocked
when they’re not here anymore.
The truth is,
some people were crying for help
long before they stopped speaking at all.
And silence is what killed them.
Autism: I need clear instructions.
ADHD: I need short instructions.
