लाखों यात्री जाते है हरियाणा से उत्तराखंड, एक लाख में कुछ 10-15 केस हो भी गए तो पूरे हरियाणा को टारगेट करने लगे। ये इनकी हरयाणवी लोगों के प्रति कुंठा और पूर्वाग्रह को दर्शाता है। जबकि हरियाणा देश की शान है, खेल में, कृषि में, बिजनेस में, टैक्स देने में सबसे आगे।

कुछ मूढ़ और धूर्त व्यक्तियों द्वारा सोशल मीडिया क्रांति से उत्तराखंड और हरियाणा के समाज के बीच तनाव उत्पन्न करने का प्रयास किया जा रहा है।इससे दोनों राज्यों के कई लोगों का जीवन प्रभावित हो सकता है। चंद मंद बुद्धियों की हरकतों के कारण पूरे हरियाणा पर टिप्पणी करना अनुचित है।हरियाणा के लोग भी उत्तराखंड के आतिथ्य भाव की कद्र करते हैं।उत्तराखंड भी अतिथि देवो भव: की भावना को दर्शाता रहा है। उत्तराखंड में चूल्हे किसी अन्य राज्य की दया पर चलते हैं, ऐसा कहना मूर्खता तो है ही साथ ही यह किसी विशेष प्रयोजन को भी दर्शाता है। इसके अलावा, हमारा राज्य पर्यटन प्रमुख है तो यहाँ टूरिस्ट ही आयेंगे फिर वे चाहे भारत के किसी भी कोने से हों लेकिन सभी टूरिस्ट को पूर्वाग्रह से देख कर निशाना बनाने वाली मानिसकता से कार्य नहीं किया जा सकता है। प्रेम पूर्वक समझाना हमारा कार्य है बाकी क़ानून तोड़ने वालों के लिए @uttarakhandcops है। माननीय मुख्यमंत्री उत्तराखंड @pushkardhami जी से निवेदन है कि इस पूरे मुद्दे पर सोशल मीडिया में अभद्र टिप्पणी करने वालों पर कार्रवाई की जाये क्योंकि राज्य की छवि धूमिल करने का और टूरिज्म ठप करने का एक सुनियोजित षड्यंत्र चल रहा है।

This is how you can eat 100g protein as a vegetarian WITHOUT whey powder.
1. 200g high protein paneer = 50g
2. 300g Milk = 10g
3. 200g Skyr yogurt = 24g
4. 40g soy chunks = 21g
And this is under 1000 kcal.
So men eating 2000 kcal and women 1500 kcal can easily follow a diet without whey protein.
